print ]The Sklář Hotel Boasts Four Stars

HARRACHOV – What was once a labor union recreation facility, is now the luxurious Sklář Hotel. The exclusive recreation complex, built in 1990, has received four-star rating.
The hotel has undergone several reconstructions. Especially because of the largest reconstruction, which took place last year, the Sklář (Glassmaker) has become the only four-star hotel, and therefore the most luxurious one, in Harrachov, a destination in the West of the Krkonoše Mts. The reconstruction has cost almost two hundred million Czech crowns. Floors, soffits and windows were replaced, a new facade was made. The swimming pool, the congress halls and the restaurants were entirely reconstructed as well. The reconstruction was financed by Cimex Company, whose subsidiary company named Orea Hotels runs the Sklář Hotel in Harrachov.
