They offer similar useful value as the projects built on a green meadow but they are for more favourable price ” said the general director of Cimex Invest Miroslav Příkop.
In his opinion the price and length of rents won´t be the only criterion in engaging the Garden Eleven complex, how it is common. He will also insist on good reputation of the tenants.
