In accordance with long-term strategy of our concern CIMEX we sought to build on our successful track record in engineering and energy and appropriate to expand the portfolio of subsidiaries in these fields.

We therefore used the current market opportunities and implemented major investment project of the CIMEX STEEL. We engaged a strong team of experts in the field of trade in metallurgical materials and integrate the new acquisition into the concern structure.

Integrating the CIMEX STEEL our concern, inter alia, to effectively harness the synergies between the group for this new company and existing members of the concern.
