mo-cha václavák

Mo-cha václavák co-working centre is situated in close proximity of Wenceslas Square.

The location of the co-working centre, which is easily accessible and has parking spaces right next to it, is the perfect place and choice for those who want to work in the lively centre of Prague.

Resort Broadway

Thanks to its location in the centre of Mariánské Lázně, the Resort Broadway is one of the most important spa hotel projects in the Czech Republic.

Our investment plan includes the reconstruction of four buildings, which are adjacent to each other, and sensitive construction of two completely new ones. The result will be an architecturally unconventional four-star hotel resort providing its guests with comfortable room furnishings and premium services in the area of wellness a balneology using its own healing spring.

Hradební–Haštalská

Another key project of ours is situated in the very heart of Prague’s Old Town.

We have refashioned a 1920s house which was originally used as an office and residential building and for small-scale production. The multi-purpose house takes advantage of the synergy between hotel services and luxury housing. Most of it is used for hotel operation. The last floor consists of luxury flats with large outdoor terraces and a unique view of Prague Castle. There is a restaurant and bar on the first floor. The property also includes new parking places.

Senovážná Residence

Senovážná Residence is another project of ours in the centre of Prague.

The investment plan is to reconstruct the property and refashion it into suites, complete the suites including the interior and adapt the project to the needs of short- and long-term accommodation, including reception. The plan also includes complete reconstruction of the restaurant, where a glass-walled sunroom will be built. An automatic parking system for 18 cars will be part of the property as well.
