In the hospitality segment, the group introduced a new brand, OREA Place, which combines apartment-style living with hotel services. As part of this concept, the property at Senov\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 8 was renovated and reopened as the OREA Place Seno hotel. In 2019, the CIMEX Group continued to expand its activities across various segments. In the hospitality sector, two new hotels in Mari\u00e1nsk\u00e9 L\u00e1zn\u011b \u2013 OREA Spa Hotel Cristal and OREA Spa Hotel San Remo \u2013 were added to the growing OREA hotel network. In Brno, a new mo-cha coworking space was opened in the former premises of the Moravsk\u00e1 Chalupa restaurant and wine bar.
