Membership in industry associations

Chamber of Commerce

We provide day-to-day support to entrepreneurs, especially by sharing up-to-date information, economic and legislative news, expert advice and consultancy services. We help with the employment of foreign workers, offer professional courses and training in new trends, organize networking events, facilitate entry into foreign markets, including the conclusion of new contracts, support the system of the partnership model of lifelong learning and education and, last but not least , provide the documents necessary for duty-free export of goods or electronic toll services.

Association of Hotels and Restaurants

Our main goal is to support entrepreneurs in the hotel and gastronomy industry. We work primarily in the areas of legislation and lobbying, and in the preparation of new legal measures we advocate for changes that can contribute to a better business environment. We provide information service and consultancy, so that AHR members have all the information in advance. We educate, present trends, meet at events, facilitate contacts, exchange experiences, promote our members, cooperate with public administration, regions or destination companies.

Association for Real Estate Market Development

A non-profit civil association, which was established as a legal entity after about a year of informal prelude on 12 September 2001. Members of the Association are leading representatives of real estate development and investment companies, real estate, legal and consulting firms, banks and other organizations active on the market, as well as leading representatives and senior management of public administration and representatives of universities. Thanks to its diverse membership base, ARTN is a grouping unique in its universal competence, which in this sense is unparalleled in the Czech Republic.

Rental Housing Association

The main objective of ANB is to support and develop rental housing as a fundamental component of housing policy in the Czech Republic. The Association strives to create a stable and transparent environment for both landlords and tenants by promoting fair legislation that balances the interests of all parties. ANB also actively contributes to the development of legislative proposals and initiatives that improve the legal framework for landlord-tenant relations.

Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is already having a key impact on society and creating new opportunities for the future of humanity. However, with these benefits, there are also challenges such as the ethics of AI, the protection of privacy or the impact on the labour market. It is therefore imperative to discuss and regulate the use of AI. The Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence is committed to creating an environment where both individuals and large companies using AI in their products can have their say.

Female leaders in real estate

FLIRE is a unique platform supporting the strengthening of women’s representation in leading positions in the Czech real estate market. We organize meetings, support networking, personal and professional development and offer mutual support to female members through experience sharing and mentoring. Through our activities we want to promote sustainable development not only within the real estate market. The pursuit of sustainability is the main imperative for all activities and outputs of our association. We see sustainability as an investment in the future.
