Miroslav Kosnar
CEO
For more than twenty years, Miroslav has successfully managed crucial processes for a wide range of companies. Throughout his career, he’s been responsible for managing finance, IT and human resources and introducing international know-how in the operation of local companies. Before starting with CIMEX Group, he had worked for companies such as GTS International and Perfetti Van Melle. Miroslav has led CIMEX GROUP since 2006. He first served as CFO of the Group and took over as CEO in 2011. The lion’s share of his time is dedicated to strategy and the implementation of major investment projects. During his tenure at CIMEX GROUP, he’s played an important role in a number of major real estate projects. These include development of HOTEL EMBASSY**** on Petrská Street, acquisition of the Garden Eleven real estate group and the acquisition of City West B1. He’s also played an active role in management for a number of real estate and hotel transactions in the USA. Miroslav is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague. He enjoys various sports activities, as well as less traditional sports, such as snow-kiting, enduro and freeride mountain biking.
Gorjan Lazarov
HOSPITALITY DIRECTOR
Gorjan is the Managing Director of the hotel chain OREA HOTELS & RESORTS with 15 hotels around the Czech Republic. Beginning his career in the Finance Department of a Marriott Hotel, he worked his way up over time to becoming an experienced manager of Boscolo Prague Hotel and Boscolo Milano Hotel. Before that he went through a number of expert and managerial posts in Vodafone and Marriott. His key skills include strategies, customer experience and searching for innovative methods and their introduction in the business. He learns quickly and adapts easily to various branches. Gorjan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Business School. In his free time, he likes playing tennis, skiing, and watching basketball.
Alexandra Němcová
ASSET MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Alexandra became CIMEX GROUP’s Asset Management Director after working in the area of commercial properties in the Czech Republic and abroad for more than 20 years. She will be in charge of activities connected with development, lease and property portfolio management. In the past 14 years she worked as a manager in China and Russia for IKEA Centres Russia and CBRE China. Before going abroad she managed the Czech subsidiary of TK Development and Regus Business Centre in Prague. She spends her free time with her family, travelling and doing sports.
Aleš Konrád
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As CIMEX GROUP’s Financial Director, Aleš Konrád can take advantage of his experience from his previous engagement as CFO for BMM as well as from financial management and development projects in the Czech Republic and abroad as part of both domestic and international representation of ČEZ and of the consulting company, PwC. In the past he also worked in finance posts for ČSA (Czech Airlines) and Eurotel.
Petra Slabá
HR DIRECTOR
Petra is the HR Director at CIMEX GROUP. She has joined the group with 12 years of experience in HR management focussing mainly on education and further development of employees, change and transformation projects. Ten years ago she successfully completed a systemic coaching training and ever since she has been an active coach. She used to work for renowned employers and clients, such as Czech Telecom, ČEZ, RWE, HVB Bank, Skanska and BM Management. She graduated in the field of Personnel Management at the Philosophical Faculty at the Charles University. She likes spending her free time with her family and friends and is fond of travelling.
Jiří Adamčík
LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Since the beginning of his professional career, Jiri has mainly focused on the legal sphere of various real estate transactions (acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and facility management) and corporate law. He’s participated in a number of CIMEX GROUP transactions over the past decade, such as the acquitions of City West B1 and Garden Eleven, as well as the completion of residential projects in Mariánské Lázně. Jiří is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. He’s keen on sports, good food and listens to a wide variety of musical genres.
