Vista House overlooking Pankrácké náměstí has been awarded BREEAM-In-Use certification with an Excellent rating, which confirms its excellent level of sustainability and energy efficiency. The multi-purpose building thus proves that the strict BREEAM requirements are not an obstacle even for older buildings if their renovation is approached thoughtfully.
Already during the preparation of the project, the investor thought of technical modifications and changes that will help e.g. with energy savings or easier management of building operations. The Vista House project has a new gas boiler room, remote meter readings, modernisation of the MaR, and a modern central control room with an EPS control panel.
“Thanks to the reconstruction of the building into flexible mo-cha offices, we are able to offer facilities for start-up companies as well as fully equipped segments of 300 to 1000 m2 suitable for larger tenants. The new building also offers ample conference space, the wheelhouse with shower allows for self-directed transport, the outdoor parkland invites relaxation and the barrier-free access to the shops makes it much easier to enter with prams,” says Alexandra Němcová, Director of Asset Management at CIMEX Group.
The BREEAM certificate was awarded on the basis of an assessment of nine categories. An Excellent rating means meeting high environmental standards in areas such as energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, or the use of low-impact materials, among others.
The attractiveness of the building is underlined by the new offer of shops on the ground floor, where you will find dm-drogerie markt, PENNY Market, Spokojený pes, DonPealo, Simply Cafebar and soon also a florist and toy shop.
